Casaforte Building Enterprises is a Nigerian engineering company that provides smart modular construction solutions to property developers, design consultants and building contractors. Our company has developed a unique modular component building system that uses factory manufactured components that can be rapidly assembled on any construction site to deliver low to medium rise buildings up to four times faster than with traditional construction methods.

Our vision is to provide this breakthrough systems building technology to key participants in the Nigerian real estate sector, that are focused on affordable housing delivery. We understand that building technology alone cannot single-handedly address the affordability challenge currently being faced in Nigeria and across much of sub-Saharan Africa.

Our mission is to help accelerate the dawning of this housing revolution by transforming most low to medium rise building types into standardized off-site products, that are manufactured to high quality standards for delivery in a just in time manner, as modular components for rapid assembly on the development site.

We are working on the development of our 4-hectare state of the art manufacturing facility in Ogun State, Nigeria, which is scheduled to commence production in 2027.
